  • Red onion – 1/2, finely chopped
  • Fresh cilantro – 1 handful, roughly chopped
  • Jalapeño – 1, seeded and finely chopped
  • Sea salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste
  • Diced avocado – 1 (for serving)
  • Diced tomatoes or cucumbers – optional

Instructions

  1. Select and prepare the seafood by rinsing and cutting it into small cubes.
  2. Chop the vegetables and herbs: red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  3. Marinate the seafood in lime juice for 30 minutes to 1 hour until opaque.
  4. Combine the marinated fish with the chopped vegetables and herbs.
