Description

Cheesy Beef Bombs are bite-sized pockets filled with savory beef, creamy cheese, and a crispy outer layer. Perfect for snacks, parties, or game day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • Cooking spray (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
  2. Lower the heat and add the softened cream cheese, stirring until fully melted and incorporated. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough on a cutting board, pressing seams together to create solid pieces of dough.
  5. Spoon a generous amount of beef and cheese filling onto the center of each dough triangle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  6. Place the bombs on a greased baking sheet with some space between them. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Allow the Cheesy Beef Bombs to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces!

Notes

  • Ensure that the dough is sealed tightly to avoid leaks during baking.
  • For an even crispier texture, brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter before baking.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
