Description
Cheesy Beef Bombs are bite-sized pockets filled with savory beef, creamy cheese, and a crispy outer layer. Perfect for snacks, parties, or game day.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Cooking spray (for greasing)
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
- Lower the heat and add the softened cream cheese, stirring until fully melted and incorporated. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough on a cutting board, pressing seams together to create solid pieces of dough.
- Spoon a generous amount of beef and cheese filling onto the center of each dough triangle. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
- Place the bombs on a greased baking sheet with some space between them. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow the Cheesy Beef Bombs to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces!
Notes
- Ensure that the dough is sealed tightly to avoid leaks during baking.
- For an even crispier texture, brush the tops of the bombs with melted butter before baking.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
