Ingredients

- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add half of the cheddar cheese and mix well.
- Place steamed cauliflower in a baking dish and pour the cheese mixture over it.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a lower calorie option, use light cream.
- Feel free to add cooked bacon for extra flavor.
- This dish pairs well with grilled meats.
