Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Add half of the cheddar cheese and mix well.
  5. Place steamed cauliflower in a baking dish and pour the cheese mixture over it.
  6. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with parsley before serving.
