- 12 lasagna noodles
- 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 noodles, half of ricotta mixture, half shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layering with noodles, ricotta, chicken, sauce, and mozzarella.
- Finish with noodles, remaining Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool 10-15 minutes before serving.
