  • Parmesan cheese: 1 cup (100 g), grated
  • Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup (100 g), shredded

  • Salt: to taste
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
