Ingredients

- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Layer half of the potato slices in the dish.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Add the remaining potato slices on top.
- Pour the heavy cream over the potatoes.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Use a mandoline for even slicing.
- Let it rest for better slicing.
