Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, salt, and melted butter. Stir to combine.
  3. Gradually add flour and cheese to the mixture. Knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Roll out the dough and cut into triangles.
  7. Stack triangles to form a tree shape. Place on a baking sheet.
  8. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
