- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and salt.
- Slice the bread horizontally and vertically to create squares, but do not cut all the way through.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture into the cuts of the bread.
- Stuff the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese into the cuts.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
