- 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add milk, butter, ranch dressing mix, salt, and pepper to the potatoes.
- Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and well combined.
- Serve warm.
