- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in the chopped mushroom stems.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

- These can be made ahead and baked just before serving.
