- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by cutting into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for about 5 minutes until no longer pink.
- Season the chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add cherry tomatoes and broccoli florets, cooking for about 5 minutes until broccoli is tender.
- Add spinach, mozzarella, and cream cheese, stirring for 2 minutes until the cheese melts into a creamy sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
