A hearty chicken and potato bake that is easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes and chopped onion.
- In a bowl, mix garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the mixture.
- Place chicken on top of the potatoes.
- Pour chicken broth over the dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning as per your taste.
- For a crispy top, broil for a few minutes at the end.
