Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes and chopped onion.
  3. In a bowl, mix garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  4. Coat the chicken thighs with the mixture.
  5. Place chicken on top of the potatoes.
  6. Pour chicken broth over the dish.
