  • 2 cups cooked grilled chicken breast: Sliced into thin strips
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce: Chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing: Creamy dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese: For added flavor
  • Salt and pepper: To taste
  • Cherry tomatoes: Optional
  • Olive oil: For toasting the wraps

Instructions

  1. Grill the chicken until fully cooked, then slice into thin strips.
  2. If making homemade Caesar dressing, combine mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat and add half of the chopped romaine lettuce in the center.
  4. Top with half of the sliced grilled chicken, drizzle with Caesar dressing, and sprinkle with half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up.
  6. Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
