- 2 cups cooked grilled chicken breast: Sliced into thin strips
- 2 cups romaine lettuce: Chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing: Creamy dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese: For added flavor
- Salt and pepper: To taste
- Cherry tomatoes: Optional
- Olive oil: For toasting the wraps
Instructions
- Grill the chicken until fully cooked, then slice into thin strips.
- If making homemade Caesar dressing, combine mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Lay one tortilla flat and add half of the chopped romaine lettuce in the center.
- Top with half of the sliced grilled chicken, drizzle with Caesar dressing, and sprinkle with half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining ingredients.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and toast the wraps seam side down for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
