Description
A delicious blend of chicken parmesan and grilled cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Add shredded chicken on top of the bread.
- Top with marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- Use fresh or leftover chicken.
- Substitute any cheese you prefer.
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
