Description
A delicious blend of chicken and spaghetti in a lo mein style.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Stir in shredded chicken and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add cooked spaghetti and soy sauce, mix well.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- You can add more vegetables as desired.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
