Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and grill or pan-sear until cooked through.
- Steam broccoli florets until tender.
- Slice avocado.
- Assemble bowls with sweet potatoes, chicken, broccoli, and avocado.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
