- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup olives, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, diced chicken, tzatziki sauce, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, olives, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
- Substitute brown rice for added fiber.
- Top with fresh herbs for extra flavor.
