Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest.
  6. In the same skillet, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add the cooked noodles and remaining butter to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  8. Slice the chicken and serve it over the buttered noodles.
  9. Garnish with parsley before serving.
