Description
Chicken Wonton Cups are a delicious appetizer filled with seasoned chicken and vegetables, baked in crispy wonton wrappers.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, peas)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, vegetables, cream cheese, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups.
- Fill each cup with the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Add chili sauce for extra heat.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
