Description
Grilled chicken skewers marinated in a zesty chili lime sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili powder.
- Pair with fresh vegetables or a salad.
