Instructions
- Prepare the cookie dough and chill it for 30 minutes if homemade.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake half of the cookie dough for 10-12 minutes.
- Assemble the ice cream layers in a springform pan, starting with the cooled cookie layer.
- Freeze the cake for 30 minutes after adding the first ice cream layer.
- Decorate the cake with the remaining ice cream, chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and chocolate chips before freezing for at least 4 hours.
