Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 2 cups rice or corn cereal squares
  • 1 cup cheese crackers
  • 1 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup mini breadsticks or bagel chips
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mini pretzels, cereal squares, cheese crackers, mixed nuts, and mini breadsticks or bagel chips.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the dry ingredients and toss gently to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the coated mixture in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving or storing.

Notes

  • Substitute mini pretzels with regular pretzels or popcorn for different crunch.
  • Use Cheerios or other puffed cereal instead of rice or corn cereal squares.
  • Replace nuts with almonds, cashews, or seeds for allergies or preference.
  • Swap Worcestershire sauce with soy sauce or hot sauce for a flavor twist.
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness.
  • Reheat at 250°F for a few minutes to revive crunch if needed.
  • Not recommended to freeze due to texture changes.
