- 1 lime, juiced and zested
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, cilantro, lime juice, lime zest, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
