Description
Cinnamon Sugar Pull-Apart Bread is a sweet, soft bread that pulls apart easily, coated with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
- Add flour gradually until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Punch down the dough and roll it out. Cut into strips.
- Dip each strip in melted butter, then in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Stack the strips in a loaf pan.
- Cover and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh yeast for best results.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
