A delicious and hearty pasta salad that combines the flavors of a classic club sandwich.

- 8 oz. rotini pasta
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, bacon, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, and cheddar cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- This salad can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
- Feel free to add other ingredients like avocado or bell peppers.
