Description

A refreshing pasta salad with club sandwich flavors.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, cucumber, and cheese.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
