Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, lime juice, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
