Ingredients
- Mascarpone cheese: 250 grams
- Heavy cream: 200 milliliters
- Granulated sugar: 100 grams
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Brewed coffee: 1 cup (cooled)
- Ladyfingers: 24 pieces
- Cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Prepare the coffee mixture by brewing a strong cup of coffee and allowing it to cool.
- Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Combine mascarpone cheese with the whipped cream until fully mixed.
- Soak ladyfingers in cooled coffee and layer them in a dish, followed by half of the mascarpone mixture.
- Add another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and optionally add chocolate shavings.
Notes
- Be careful not to soak the ladyfingers for too long.
- Ensure heavy cream is cold before whipping.
- Do not skip the chilling time for best flavor.
