Ingredients

- 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups of shredded coconut
- 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together condensed milk, shredded coconut, crushed graham crackers, and vanilla extract.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the balls in additional shredded coconut to coat.
- Place the coated snowballs on a baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for another hour before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips for variation.
