Description

A sweet treat made with condensed milk, perfect for holidays.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups of shredded coconut
  • 1 cup of crushed graham crackers
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together condensed milk, shredded coconut, crushed graham crackers, and vanilla extract.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  4. Roll the balls in additional shredded coconut to coat.
  5. Place the coated snowballs on a baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for another hour before serving.
