Description

Delicious cookie dough brownies with a rich chocolate base and a soft cookie dough topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, melt butter and stir in granulated sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring well.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Pour brownie batter into a greased baking pan.
  8. In a separate bowl, cream together brown sugar and softened butter.
  9. Add flour, vanilla, and salt to the cookie dough mixture, mix until combined.
  10. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top of brownie batter.
  11. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set.
  12. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top before serving.
