Delicious cookie dough brownies with a rich chocolate base and a soft cookie dough topping.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, melt butter and stir in granulated sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring well.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour brownie batter into a greased baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, cream together brown sugar and softened butter.
- Add flour, vanilla, and salt to the cookie dough mixture, mix until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top of brownie batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set.
- Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best enjoyed warm.
- Can be frozen for later use.
