Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese and chickpeas.
- Add cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
