- 2 salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup shrimp, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each salmon fillet.
- Stuff the salmon fillets with the crab and shrimp mixture.
- Place stuffed salmon on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve hot.
