- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices of cheese
- Lettuce and tomato for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
- Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until they reach your desired doneness.
- Place cheese on top of the patties during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet.
- Assemble burgers with patties, lettuce, and tomato.
