Ingredients

- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the dried cranberries and chopped walnuts to the melted chocolate.
- Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until set, then break into pieces.
