Delicious cranberry orange muffins for a perfect breakfast or snack.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk melted butter, milk, eggs, and orange zest.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Gently fold in cranberries.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Store muffins in an airtight container.
- Best served fresh but can be frozen.
- Adjust sugar based on cranberries’ tartness.
