Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions, reserve ½ cup pasta water, and drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil, sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream to the skillet, simmer for 3-4 minutes, and then stir in grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Return cooked pasta to the skillet, toss with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water to adjust the consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
