- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, lemon juice, dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Sear salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
- Transfer salmon to a baking dish and pour the cream mixture over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- Garnish with extra dill before serving.
