- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Place salmon in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove salmon and set aside.
- In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream, lemon juice, and zest. Stir to combine.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add dill and parsley to the sauce.
- Return salmon to the pan and coat with the sauce.
- Serve warm.
