Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Place salmon in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Remove salmon and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

  8. Add dill and parsley to the sauce.
  9. Return salmon to the pan and coat with the sauce.
