Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumbers, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise and sour cream.
- Add cooked pasta, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and parsley.
- Toss the salad until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
