Description

Creamy Steak Pasta combines tender steak with a luscious creamy sauce and pasta, creating a comforting and mouthwatering dish.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) fettuccine or pasta of your choice
  • 1 lb (450 g) steak (sirloin, ribeye, or your favorite cut)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Slice the steak into thin strips and season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds, then add beef broth and heavy cream. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, then stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Return the steak to the skillet and toss with the sauce. Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine. Adjust the sauce with reserved pasta water if necessary.
  5. Serve the creamy steak pasta with freshly chopped parsley for garnish.
