Creamy Steak Pasta combines tender steak with a luscious creamy sauce and pasta, creating a comforting and mouthwatering dish.
Ingredients

- 8 oz (225 g) fettuccine or pasta of your choice
- 1 lb (450 g) steak (sirloin, ribeye, or your favorite cut)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve about ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
- Slice the steak into thin strips and season with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the garlic for 30 seconds, then add beef broth and heavy cream. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, then stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
- Return the steak to the skillet and toss with the sauce. Add the cooked pasta and toss to combine. Adjust the sauce with reserved pasta water if necessary.
- Serve the creamy steak pasta with freshly chopped parsley for garnish.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free pasta.
- Substitute steak with chicken or shrimp if preferred.
- Replace heavy cream with coconut cream for a dairy-free version.
