Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, cocoa powder, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Add powdered sugar and creme de menthe to the whipped cream, mixing gently.
  7. Pour the mint mixture into the cooled crust.
  8. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  9. Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
