- 1 cup creme de menthe
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, cocoa powder, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar and creme de menthe to the whipped cream, mixing gently.
- Pour the mint mixture into the cooled crust.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with mint leaves before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger mint flavor, increase the amount of creme de menthe.
- Use a store-bought crust for a quicker option.
