This crispy Cajun shrimp recipe features a rich and creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
- Dip shrimp in buttermilk, then coat with flour.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry shrimp until golden brown.
- Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic.
- Add heavy cream and lemon juice, stirring until combined.
- Return shrimp to the pan and coat with sauce.
- Serve hot.
