- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 10 spring roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken, cabbage, carrot, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
- Lay a spring roll wrapper on a flat surface.
- Place 2 tablespoons of the filling on the wrapper.
- Fold the sides and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the spring rolls until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
