Instructions
- Peel and slice the onions into rings.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cold water to the flour mixture to form a batter.
- Dip each onion ring into the batter, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep pot over medium heat.
- Fry the onion rings until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot.
