Description

A simple and delicious crockpot ravioli lasagna recipe.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of frozen ravioli (25 oz)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Add a layer of frozen ravioli on top of the sauce.
  4. Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the ravioli.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese over the ricotta.
  6. Repeat the layers: sauce, ravioli, ricotta, and mozzarella.
  7. Finish with a final layer of marinara sauce and top with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
  • You can use homemade or store-bought marinara sauce.
  • Let it sit for a few minutes before serving to set.
