A simple and delicious crockpot ravioli lasagna recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 package of frozen ravioli (25 oz)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add a layer of frozen ravioli on top of the sauce.
- Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the ravioli.
- Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese over the ricotta.
- Repeat the layers: sauce, ravioli, ricotta, and mozzarella.
- Finish with a final layer of marinara sauce and top with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
- You can use homemade or store-bought marinara sauce.
- Let it sit for a few minutes before serving to set.
