- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet gravy mix
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, gravy mix, and onion on top.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks in the crockpot.
- Prepare mashed potatoes according to package or recipe.
- Serve the shredded chicken and gravy over the mashed potatoes.
