- 6 large croissants, torn into pieces
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add salt and pepper to the egg mixture.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the torn croissant pieces.
- Sprinkle the ham, cheese, and green onions over the croissants.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Can substitute ham with bacon or sausage.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Best served warm.
