Description

  • 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1 cup bell peppers (diced)
  • 1 small onion (diced)

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish or quiche pan.
  2. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic in olive oil for 2-3 minutes until translucent, then add diced bell peppers and chopped spinach, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
