Description
A refreshing cucumber mozzarella salad perfect for summer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups of sliced cucumbers
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup of fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumbers.
- Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- In a bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, and mozzarella balls.
- Add fresh basil leaves to the mixture.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve chilled.

- Chill the salad for 30 minutes before serving.
