A refreshing salad with cucumbers and a creamy ranch dressing.
Ingredients

- 4 cups cucumbers, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and shredded carrots.
- Add the ranch dressing and toss until the vegetables are well coated.
- Stir in the fresh dill.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use any variety of cucumbers you prefer.
- Add croutons for extra crunch.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
